As Cloud Architect at Neos with ten years of experience in IT, I am responsible for bridging the gap between complex business problems and solutions in Cloud. My engineering experience comes from years of working with operating systems, understanding of networking, security, scripting, and even engineered systems. All this enables me to successfully convert the technical requirements of cloud projects into the architecture and design that will guide the final product.
Supported by my soft skills, I manage tech teams, including DevOps engineers and developers, in order to ensure that the right technology or technologies are being built.
Over the past several years, I’ve been leading the digital transformation of Neos partners and clients to Cloud. I have completed multiple successful projects, with a number of new ones in the pipeline.
In 2020, Neos was among the first 6 FinOps Certified Providers in the world. Neos joined the FinOps Foundation with the goal of supporting and promoting the discipline of cloud financial management through best practices, education, and standards. Following this new company course directed towards Cloud, Automation and Unit economics, I became a FinOps Certified Practitioner at the very start of 2020.
FinOps adoption commonly starts with one person who is driving the implementation of tooling and processes. I am happy to be that driver.
At the same time, I am part of a new exciting Neos spin-off, startup CloudVane, holding the position of Product Manager. CloudVane is a cloud cost management and automation solution that consolidates multicloud cost and usage data.
Following Neos’ longstanding partnership with Oracle, CloudVane joined Oracle for Startups, a unique acceleration program that enables mutually beneficial business-building partnerships for startups, Oracle and their customers. The goal of the programme is to create a virtuous cycle of innovation through startup technology built on secure, scalable Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
